Classic Guitar & Bass Studio offers flexible, accessible scheduling to meet the needs of students throughout Silver Spring, Woodmoor, Takoma Park, Four Corners, and Montgomery County, Maryland. We understand that learning music requires consistency but also flexibility, which is why we provide a range of session lengths and scheduling windows.
Our mission is to ensure that every student receives personal attention, thoughtful instruction, and an environment that supports comfortable learning—whether you’re studying classical guitar fundamentals, acoustic fingerstyle, jazz progressions, or electric bass phrasing.
All lessons are one-on-one, private sessions.

Students may choose:
Week-to-week lessons
Monthly recurring time slot
Seasonal training blocks (e.g., summer lessons)
Reserving a recurring weekly time slot is recommended for consistent progress and guaranteed availability.
Because time slots are limited and reserved in advance, the studio follows a 24-hour cancellation policy.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson are considered billable.
Rescheduling is permitted when notice is given with adequate advance time.
This ensures fairness for all students and maintains scheduling organization across a full weekly roster.
Exceptions may be considered in the event of:
Family emergency
Sudden illness
Inclement travel conditions
Payment may be made:
Per lesson
Monthly (preferred)
By check, cash, or approved digital payment method
Monthly payment ensures continued reservation of a prime weekly time slot — especially during peak periods such as September–December and May–July, when demand increases.
The studio is conveniently located near Woodmoor Shopping Center and Four Corners in Silver Spring, MD, with nearby, easy parking access and safe arrival pathways for young students accompanied by parents.
We prioritize:
